MATH AT SCHOOL
WE DID A BUTTON PROBABILITY GAME.
 WE PUT 5 YELLOW BUTTONS IN A BAG WITH 3 BLUE BUTTONS AND 6 RED/PINK BUTTONS THEN SHUFFLED THEM IN THE BAG AND THEN WE PICKED OUT A BUTTON .
THE RED/PINK BUTTON WERE THE MOST POPULAR.
 IT WAS REALLY FUN PLAYING THE GAME YOU SHOULD PLAY IT TOO!

Easter at home

On Holy Thursday, I was washing my mums feet and this is me  .

Good Friday we read the stations of the cross.

Easter Sunday dinner  it was so nice we got so much chocolate

Quarantine scavenger hunt

Quarantine scavenger hunt

During Quarantine we made a scavenger hunt for everyone to do who lives near Shirley.
 Here is a picture of what the signs look like, some of them are difficult to find but they are bright colours so you can see them from far away. It's a fun scavenger hunt for kids to do when they are bored or just if they don't want to go on a walk.

It was fun to go to the places by using the signs when we put them into place by hammering them down in to the  ground .

Easter baking

Easter egg cookies, after baking we iced them. We made royal icing buy mixing icing sugar and egg whites. We coloured it in different colours and put it in icing bags and piped it on the cookies. This is what it looked like.

It was not hard to squeeze the icing out of the piping bag, i love Easter .

We had to drop an egg from one meter off the ground 

We watched Mark Rober on youtube for some ideas.

We hard boiled an egg and made a contraption to keep it from braking this is what they look like

My parachute and balloons well and I completed the challenge.
I then threw my contraption high into the sky but the balloon POPPED and the egg flew out. Luckily it tasted good!

Teddy bear hunt

On our walks we have been hunting teddy bears. It was so fun looking for teddy bears. We found 57 on our first walk and 132 on the second walk.

I like doing walks because it keeps my blood pressure up, and it is good exercise.
